After spending years in the commercial banking industry and in residential homebuilding it was time to move on. Years and years of food service and catering experience led to an epiphany: my unique culinary skills were worth sharing.

It started with a food truck taken to festivals, fairs, car and air shows, and other community events. From there we branched into corporate catering. One of our corporate clients asked us to cater a wedding and another branch blossomed.
